• Classes are only confirmed when full payment is received. Payments can be done with credit card, internet banking, or  cash.

  • If cash is chosen, while the online registration is being completed, please write the payment option chosen in the comment box, then select internet banking and click on "Make Booking"

  • Prompt payment discount code:  Customers can apply the Discount Code when they are making payment  through our website. Discount is only available for those payment made at least 7 days before the commencement date of the term. Discount code is shown in our home page under " Notices"
  • Families with 3 or more children will also get an extra 5 % discount for their 3rd  and subsequent children. Payment must be received before the commencement of the term.
  • Customers  who have not included the discount code during the online registration, they will not be able to claim this later in a form of credit or refund.  


  • Children do the class in bare feet; comfortable clothes need to be worn. Clothing should not be too baggy. Jeans, skirts or dresses are not appropriated. Bracelets, necklaces are not permitted. Water bottle is recommended.

  • Girls: Leotards are the best option, however leggings, track pants, shorts, T-shirts are fine. Long hair need to be tied up at all times.

  • Boys: Track pant, shorts, singlet, T- Shirts are acceptable.


  • All classes are subject to a maximum class size of 10 per coach. Once each group is full, all additional requests will go on a waiting list for the first available slot.

  • Class group ages 2-3 & 3-4yrs old will involve caregiver supervision and assistance, guidance will be given.

  • If you need to bring siblings, they will be welcome as long as they don't disturb and distract children in the class. You will require to supervise them and they are not allowed to use the equipment.

  • Eating during the class session is not allowed

  • Class request will only be confirmed with full payment of the term fees.

  • Please note that there are no refunds after the commencement of the term or holiday programme.

  • Cancelled registrations received more than 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the term, fees received will be refunded in full.

  • If cancellation is received less than 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the term $30 administration fee applies.

  • If a child misses 4 or more consecutive classes due to serious injury or illness a 50% credit will be given for the classes missed towards their next terms fees. A doctors certificate is required in these cases.

  • Special cases will be considered if submitted to Gym Kids in writing.

Sickness and personal circumstances:

  • There are no make-up sessions. Children that miss Gym sessions due to sickness or other personal circumstances are not entitled to a fee reduction or credit .

Trial Classes

  • Your child may have a try out for small fee of $20 before you sign up for the whole term if we have spaces available.  Fee must be paid in advance before the class start.  If you decide later to continue and we have spaces, the try out fee will be taken off the total current term fee only.

Term length and fees:

  • 10 weeks/classes in each unless otherwise is advised. If the number of  classes in certain locations are afected by a public holiday ie 9 classes instead of 10, fees for that particular location will be slightly adjusted  before the begining of the term. Just wanted to say:

Gym kids currently runs weekly after school gymnastics classes in our school auditorium. They are well attended and parents are very positive about the opportunity provided locally for their children. Teachers have also comment on the increase ability and confidence of those students who attend Gym Kids classes.
